Weaving Wellness offers personalised, holistic support for women across the seasons of their lives; from menstrual and hormonal health, through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
This is a space where your body is not rushed or fixed, but gently listened to. Where care is grounded in the nervous system, guided by lived experience, and shaped by the understanding that being a woman is not linear; but cyclical, evolving, and deeply personal.
Here, you are supported to slow down, to listen inward, and to find a steadier rhythm within your body and your life.

This work is grounded in occupational therapy and guided by a deep respect for the body’s wisdom, the nervous system, and the lived experience of being a woman.
The Seasons of Being a Woman
A woman’s life is not linear; it moves in cycles, seasons, and transitions.
From the menstrual cycle to matrescence, from times of ease to times of challenge, the body is constantly communicating, adapting, and asking to be listened to.
So often, women are taught to override these signals. Here, we begin by listening.
This work is about reconnecting; with yourself - your body, your energy, your capacity, and your way of moving through the world.
How I Support You
As a Women’s Wellness Occupational Therapist, I support women with:
Pelvic pain and conditions such as endometriosis
Nervous system regulation and overwhelm
Fatigue and energy management
Hormonal and cycle-related challenges
Bladder and pelvic changes, including leakage or urgency
Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
Holistic pelvic and core health support
Emotional wellbeing and identity shifts
My approach is holistic, trauma-aware, and grounded in both therapeutic practice and embodied care.
How I hold this work
My work is a weaving of many threads - gentle curiosity, embodied movement, traditional wisdom, and occupational therapy lenses.
I offer a space where women feel supported to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence; without pressure, urgency, or expectation.
Rather than something to be fixed, I see the body as something to be understood. My role is not to provide quick solutions, but to walk alongside you; offering guidance, support, and practical tools as you gently find your own way back to yourself.

Thank you for being here.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting the wellness of all women, with a particular tenderness for mothers as they move through pregnancy and postpartum.
I believe this care begins long before conception, and continues across the many seasons of a woman’s life. In this chapter of my own life and work, I feel especially called to support and nourish mothers so they feel seen, heard, and gently held.
When a mother feels supported, it creates a ripple—shaping not only her own wellbeing, but that of her children, family, and wider community.
