This pregnancy Circle is unique in that it offers space to cultivate practices to connect inward and nourish your nervous system, to contemplate postpartum practices, and to build upon your own plan for your fourth trimester.

Postpartum.

  • In our initial catch up I will help you centre you own care to establish your needs and wants. This session will help guide us to learn if you might benefit from a package of sessions or if the one session will be enough.

    Together we might address:

    • Scar management and healing

    • Nutrition review and support

    • Emotional regulation

    • Breastfeeding

    • Infant sleep & settling

    • Newborn behaviour, care and concerns

    • Relationship changes

    • Finding confidence in motherhood

    • Support for postnatal depression or anxiety

    • Birth recovery

    • Pelvic floor and core questions

    • Sex and exercise

    • Therapeutic storytelling

  • Postpartum is a time for healing, nourishment, rest, and support to help the transition time with a newborn.

    This is a care package aimed at supporting mothers straight after birth from 0- 8 weeks old.

    Package inclusive of:

    • 2 x Antenatal Catch Ups

    • 4,6 or 8 x Postpartum Home Visits inclusive of traditional healing rituals
